Mario Kart 3ds remake

Nintendo is spending alot of time and effert make a Mario kart remake for the new nintendo 3ds handheld system. The game will be released this year. It will be bringing alot of new elements to the game. For example how charaters interact with each other. When the racers get near they will not only turn there heads but make faces at the other racers. Some of the new things showed at E3 where under water racing and also hand/kart glidiing to fly.

Question: What do you think some new elements will be?
I'm thinking that they will have new tracks and items for on thing and also have things like balence fixed.

...Imagine a Mario Kart where you can shoot the tires of your opponents...lol...That would get on my nervs! I wonder is there will be a kart that floats in the air...
